Welcome to the website for the writer Caroline Butterwick.

I’m a writer, researcher, and freelance journalist based in North Staffordshire. I’m currently working on a nonfiction book proposal, and am represented by Abi Fellows at DHH Literary Agency.

My freelance journalism features in a range of publications, including the Guardian, The i Paper, Psychologies, National Geographic Traveller, Mslexia, Stylist, Writing Magazine, Happiful, Breathe, The Simple Things, Britain, Discover Britain and BBC Countryfile magazine.

I’m studying for a PhD in Creative Writing, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council / Midlands4Cities.
